  1. About the Opportunity:

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing raw materials and consumables to ensure accurate inventory control and support production operations. This role impacts the organization by maintaining inventory accuracy, facilitating material availability, and supporting continuous process improvements within the inventory and production planning functions.

  1. Responsibilities:

• Conduct cycle counting of raw materials, consumables, and bulk products, including cold storage items

• Receive and put away materials in designated locations

• Follow up on stock adjustments, ensuring proper recording and completion

• Collect and analyze data to improve inventory processes

• Collect and stage materials and perform capping

  1. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• Minimum of 2 years experience in inventory control, materials management, supply chain, or related operations

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, and data visualization

• Expertise in inventory management, cycle counting, stock accuracy, and reconciliation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on root cause identification and corrective action

• Effective written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience

• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 20 lbs

Preferred:

• Experience with Oracle inventory transactions

  1. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Annual salary range: $57,000 - $94,000

• Eligibility for bonus/incentive pay
