Inventory Manager

About This Role

Managing inventory control and warehouse operations is the core of this hands-on leadership role within a growing manufacturing organization. The position offers the opportunity to enhance systems, warehouse layout, inventory accuracy, and material flow as the business evolves.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the inventory team
• Own inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and ERP inventory controls
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, picking, and shipping activities
• Improve material flow and FIFO processes throughout the operation
• Lead warehouse layout, organization, and space-utilization projects
• Partner with production and operations to ensure materials are available when needed
• Identify and implement process improvements that support efficiency and scalability
• Maintain safe and effective material-handling practices

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience within inventory, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations
• Proven people-leadership experience
• Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel
• Strong project management, continuous improvement, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
