Inventory Management Specialist (Entry-Level)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory, demand, and supply chain data to identify trends and improve inventory performance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ERP master data, ensuring data integrity across systems.
• Prepare timely inventory reports, dashboards, and KPI updates using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, and vendors to support inventory planning and issue resolution.
• Monitor inventory movement, aging, returns, disposals, and stock reconciliation.
• Conduct warehouse inventory audits and resolve discrepancies through root cause analysis.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Fresh Graduates with strong internship backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in inventory management, supply chain, logistics, or data analysis is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and work independently.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Willing to report onsite in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila
