Inventory Clerk

About This Role

Working in the company's warehouse operations, the Inventory Clerk is responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping materials. This role suits a motivated individual with experience in warehouse or supply chain environments who can maintain accurate inventory records and provide excellent service to internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect materials and enter the required information into systems
• Organize and store inventory items in designated areas while ensuring proper labeling and categorization using equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual systems or a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Respond to counter requests while providing excellent service to internal customers
• Pick inventory items, package them, and prepare orders for shipment according to sales and distribution schedules
• Monitor inventory levels by conducting manual inventory counts
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety
• Participate in periodic audits and prepare inventory reports

Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse, inventory, or supply chain environment
• Good knowledge of inventory software and basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Own vehicle required (location not accessible by public transportation)
