About the role
Position Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and aligns duties with organizational standards and values.
Qualifications: Requires a nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), a current RN license, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PEARS, C-EFM, or unit-specific credentials may be required based on the department.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform tasks involving reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
