This role is for an Interposer Automation Engineer to build flows and methodologies that automate interposer design, validate design rules, and accelerate workflows for interposer designers. The position involves working with interposer design engineers, package architects, and foundry partners to solve complex problems and deliver production-quality solutions for NVIDIA's next generation of multi-die platforms.
