Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in analyzing the current system by examining how training data is currently classified, identifying weaknesses, and understanding the real needs of the team.
• Take part in designing practical solutions by proposing new ways to organize and store raw data that are easy to use and maintain.
• Support the deployment of new processes by assisting the team in their implementation and ensuring everyone understands how they work.
• Contribute to verifying the proposed solutions by implementing them on a small scale, adjusting based on feedback, and ensuring their proper functioning.
• Participate in training employees by helping them adopt new tools, answering their questions, and supporting them during the transition.
• Contribute to data security by ensuring that the implemented solutions reduce risks related to the physical handling of archives.

About You

• Technical and Interpersonal Skills: Analytical mindset, teamwork, communication. Ability to identify practical solutions to concrete problems, capacity to support change with pedagogy.
• Education: Bachelor's degree +3 in quality, administrative management, continuous improvement.
• Languages: English reading proficiency.
