Eligibility
- Freshers: 10+2 / Graduates Graduation Not Mandatory
- Experienced: 6 Months - 2 Years in International Voice Process / Technical Support Voice is mandatory
- Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills
- Comfortable working in US night shifts
Salary (In-Hand)
- Freshers: 19,000/month
- 6 - 18 Months: 22,000/month
- 19 Months-2 Years: 27,000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer calls and resolve queries.
- Provide effective customer support and troubleshooting.
- Maintain quality and process standards.
- Meet assigned performance targets.
