Eligibility
Freshers: 10+2 / Graduates Graduation Not Mandatory
Experienced: 6 Months2 Years in International Voice Process / Technical Support Voice is mandatory
Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills
Comfortable working in US night shifts
Salary (In-Hand)
Freshers: 19,000/month
6-18 Months: 22,000/month
19 Months2 Years: 27,000/month
Key Responsibilities
Handle international customer calls and resolve queries.
Provide effective customer support and troubleshooting.
Maintain quality and process standards.
Meet assigned performance targets.
