About the Role:-
We at Sutherland are looking for dynamic individuals to join our International Voice Process team! If you have a flair for written communication and love solving customer problems this is your opportunity to work with global clients from the comfort of an office environment.
Note - We only Take People who are within Boundary
( Panvel and Kalyan within 1.5 km From the Station )
Freshers with Excellent Communication Skills Can apply !!
Compensation :-
18,000- 22,000 ( Depending on Last Drawn and Experience )
3,500/- Travel Allowance
2750/- PBI which is Performance Based Incentives
What You'll Do:
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
- Maintain a professional and helpful tone in all written communication
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on tasks and pending items
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless issue resolution
