About the Role:
We are hiring candidates for an International Voice (Full Time) & Non-Voice Process (Contract) Technical Support role in Hyderabad. Candidates with good English communication, customer service skills and basic technical/computer knowledge can apply.
Position 1:
Role: International Voice Process
Work Mode: Work From Office
Work Location: Uppal, Hyderabad
Experience: Freshers & Experienced
Shift: Night Rotational Shifts
Salary: Up to 4 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer calls, chats and emails.
- Provide customer service and basic technical support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Update customer details and interaction records in CRM tools.
Eligibility:
- Undergraduates and Graduates can apply. (No pursuing candidates).
- 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026 pass-outs can apply.
- Educational documents/Memos are mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational night shifts.
- Good English communication skills B2/C1 level.
Work Details:
- Work From Office Uppal, Hyderabad.
- 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs.
- Night Rotational Shifts.
- 2-Way Cab Facility within 23 KM Radius.
Salary:
- Freshers 19,000 per month.
- 6 to 18 Months Experience 22,000 per month.
- Above 18 Months Experience 27,000 per month.

Education:

- 20222026 pass-outs. (No Pursuing Candidates).
Experience:
- Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
- International BPO / Customer Support experience preferred.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent English communication – C1 level mandatory.
- Strong customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary:
- Freshers – 5.25 LPA.
- Experienced – Up to 30% hike on previous salary, subject to a maximum package of 6.5 LPA.
Benefits:
- 5 Days Working and 2 Rotational Week-offs.
- One-way cab facility within 25 KM radius.
Eligibility Conditions:
- Freshers should not have previous PF deductions.
- Experienced candidates should not have an absconding history.
- Female candidates should be within the applicable cab radius.
