About This Role

This internship program is designed for high-potential MBA and master’s students globally, aiming to develop them into future leaders. Participants will lead significant business projects, present analyses to senior leaders, and make a substantial impact within a cross-functional team.

Requirements

• First year of either a full-time MBA or master’s degree program and graduating after September 2026
• Available full-time for a period of at least 8-12 weeks between June and September 2026
• Fluent in English and the language of the country where the internship assignment is located
• Legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions, or without need for work sponsorship) in the country where the internship assignment is located
• Three years or more of relevant professional experience prior to enrolling in a full-time master’s level degree program
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Ability to develop solutions using data-driven insights
