Position: Non-Voice Process Executive
Employment Type: 3-Month Contract
Location: Hyderabad
Work Model: Hybrid 60% Work From Home / 40% Work From Office
Shift: Rotational Shifts and rotational week off
Process: Non-Voice
Transportation: Two-Way Cab Facility with in radius of 20 km
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Take-Home Salary: 15,000
- Contract Duration: 3 Months
- Completion Bonus: 15,000 upon successful completion of the 3-month contract
- Work Arrangement: 60% WFH / 40% WFO
- Two-Way Cab Facility: Provided
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer/process-related queries through non-voice channels such as email, chat, or back-office operations.
- Review, verify, and process information accurately.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards as per process requirements.
- Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling process-related information.
Eligibility & Skills
- Good written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using email and MS Office/tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidates who can work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, subject to process requirements.
