I'm partnering with a rapidly growing distribution company that is looking to add a Logistics & Trade Operations Coordinator to their team.
This is not a typical logistics coordinator role. We're looking for someone who wants to own the entire process from purchase order through final delivery while serving as the primary point of contact for vendors, freight partners, and customers across the globe. Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
📍 Remote position with occasional visits to Denton County, TX
Key areas of responsibility:
✅ International and domestic freight coordination
✅ Import/export documentation and compliance
✅ Trade operations, tariffs, and HS classifications
✅ Inventory accuracy and ERP transactions
✅ Vendor management across Asia, Europe, and Latin America
✅ Customer communication and shipment visibility
✅ Carrier management (FedEx, UPS, freight forwarders, customs brokers)
✅ Landed cost analysis and supply chain process improvement
What we're looking for:
✔️ Experience in logistics, supply chain, freight, trade operations, or import/export administration
✔️ Knowledge of tariffs, customs, and international shipping requirements
✔️ ERP experience (Business Central preferred)
✔️ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔️ Self-starter who takes ownership and solves problems proactively
✔️ Experience supporting Latin American export operations is a plus
