Responsibilities
- Create employee messaging for the intranet, leadership updates, and company-wide announcements
- Support editorial planning
- Assist with leadership communications, including talking points and scripts
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives to strengthen culture and connection across teams
- Manage intranet content and multimedia, including videos, graphics, and visual storytelling
- Track engagement metrics through analytics and insights
- Research emerging tools and ways to connect with various employees, digital solutions, and AI tools and trends
- Lead and support efforts to foster an inclusive and welcoming workplace culture
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor
’s program or higher with a degree focus in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or a related field from an accredited college/university OR have recently graduated within 1 year of the position start date (May/June)
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics
- Interest in emerging technologies, digital tools, and AI-driven content creation
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills
