This senior position is responsible for leading internal communications (corporate communications) activities for the Sunstar Group in Japan, from planning to execution. The role involves proposing communication strategies based on global guidelines, tailored to the Japanese market and stakeholder needs, to foster organizational unity, promote internal communication, and enhance employee engagement.
