Internal Communications Specialist

About This Role

This internal communications specialist role is for someone who sees beyond texts and channels, aiming to influence employee experience and shape how the company communicates internally. It offers a broad scope, diverse tasks, and the chance to gradually define the company's internal voice and perception.

Responsibilities

• Develop the internal communications system and implement communication campaigns for company employees.
• Participate in the development of the internal employer brand and the implementation of HR projects in line with the Employer Brand strategy.
• Integrate the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) into internal communications, ensuring message consistency and corporate style.
• Develop communication materials and administer internal communication channels (Viva Engage and other corporate platforms).
• Organize communication support for internal events, educational programs, and HR initiatives for employees and young specialists.
• Coordinate the creation of HR content: videos, presentations, printed materials, and other communication materials.
• Form and improve welcome materials for new employees, supporting a positive onboarding experience.
• Analyze the effectiveness of internal communications, adaptation programs, HR projects, and research, and prepare recommendations for their improvement.
• Support the implementation of HR projects, maintain necessary documentation, and coordinate administrative matters within the department.

Requirements

• Experience in communications / employer branding for 1+ year
• Understanding of communication channels and audiences
• Proactiveness and a desire to make changes, not just maintain processes
• Basic analytics skills (ability to see what works and what doesn't)
• English at Intermediate level or higher
