Internal Communications Specialist

About This Role

This role is for an Internal Communications Specialist who will help bring L-Acoustics' strategy, culture, and transformation ambitions to life across the organization. Working in a global and diverse environment, you will ensure employees understand the company's direction, its importance, and how they can contribute to collective success. The position involves combining storytelling, communication, change enablement, and business understanding to create clarity, foster alignment, and build momentum around future priorities.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities, organizational changes, and transformation initiatives into clear, engaging, and accessible narratives
• Develop communication approaches that connect employees to business priorities, company ambitions, and cultural aspirations
• Ensure consistency across key messages, audiences, channels, and stakeholder groups
• Contribute to leadership communication moments that strengthen transparency, understanding, and trust
• Transform complex business topics into stories that resonate across functions, geographies, and employee populations
• Help create a shared understanding of where the organization is heading and what success looks like
• Contribute to the design and deployment of communication and engagement approaches that support strategic and transformational initiatives
• Equip leaders and managers with communication tools, key messages, and resources that help them guide their teams through change
• Support the identification of engagement barriers and opportunities to strengthen adoption
• Support transformation leaders and project teams to create change journeys that are impactful, relevant, and people-centered
• Support the deployment of new ways of working that strengthen collaboration, effectiveness, and organizational agility
• Help build a culture where learning, adaptability, and continuous improvement are embraced across the organization
• Support communication and change initiatives from planning through implementation and measurement
• Track and monitor communication, engagement, and adoption indicators that help assess effectiveness and inform decision-making
• Capture employee feedback and organizational sentiment to continuously refine approaches
• Support the measurement of understanding, engagement, and impact to ensure initiatives deliver meaningful value
• Partner with stakeholders across HR, Communications, IT, and the business to ensure successful execution
• Help foster a culture where communication drives clarity, accountability, and action

Requirements

• Approximately 2-4 years of relevant experience in internal communications, employee engagement, and organizational transformation
