Internal Communications Specialist

An Internal Communications Specialist helps develop and execute strategic communication campaigns that keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with business priorities. This global role focuses on enterprise-wide employee communications and campaigns, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones as needed. It is ideal for a strategic and creative communicator who excels at simplifying complex topics and bringing them to life through engaging storytelling across multiple formats and channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver clear, engaging employee communications for global programs, announcements, and campaigns
• Support global enterprise and US-focused initiatives by creating content for multiple channels, including email, intranet, digital signage, talking points, video scripts, and other communication formats
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across HR, Legal, Compliance, and other teams to develop strategic communication plans aligned with business objectives
• Contribute to editorial planning, campaign brainstorming, content development, and review processes
• Ensure consistent tone, voice, and messaging that reflect the company’s values and brand
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback, audience insights, and performance data to continuously improve communication effectiveness
• Create accessible, inclusive, and culturally relevant communications for a diverse global workforce
• Stay current on best practices in internal communications, employee engagement, campaign strategy, and storytelling

• Understands how to tailor messages to diverse audiences, functions, and cultural contexts
• Collaborative, adaptable, receptive to feedback, and motivated by continuous learning and improvement
• 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement, preferably within a global or large-scale organization
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with subject matter experts, business leaders, and communications partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint, or equivalent content creation and publishing platforms
• Strong editing, proofreading, and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and consistency
