About This Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular internal audits of financial records, operational processes, project transactions, and company assets
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, accounting procedures, and compliance with company policies
- Verify supporting documents, disbursements, reimbursements, purchases, inventory, and other business transactions
- Identify control weaknesses, irregularities, process gaps, and potential risks; recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions
- Conduct site visits and audit project-related transactions, materials, records, and operational activities as required
- Prepare clear and timely audit reports detailing findings, risks, and recommendations
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and follow up on unresolved audit findings
- Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain records, validate findings, and improve business processes
- Maintain confidentiality, objectivity, and professional independence in performing audit duties
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Internal Auditing, or a related business course
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in internal auditing, accounting, or compliance
- Knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, audit procedures, and documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools
- Strong analytical, investigative, documentation, and report-writing skills
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, confidentiality, and accountability
- Willingness to conduct site visits and coordinate with different departments when necessary
