Internal Auditor

About This Role

This internal auditor role involves conducting risk assessments and audits of various departments and functional areas within the company. The position requires a professional who can ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, identify potential issues, and contribute to maintaining a strong financial foundation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessment of assigned department or functional area within established timelines and risk-based audit programs
• Establish risk-based audit programs
• Participate in meetings with the President and Department Heads to discuss operational concerns
• Prepare and document process flow of other business solutions
• Determine scope of review in conjunction with the Audit Manager
• Conduct audit testing of specified area and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk
• Determine compliance with policies and procedures
• Examine financial records, information storage systems, and internal controls to ensure no indications of mismanagement, unnecessary waste of resources, or fraud
• Review all records and information related to expenditures, cost, taxes, and internal controls to determine if a company is secure and has a strong financial foundation
• Obtain and assess objective evidence fairly
• Evaluate constantly the effects of audit observations and personal interactions during an audit
• Ensure compliance to ISO policies and procedures
• Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate head

Requirements

• 1 year of Auditor experience (Required)
• Reliably commute or planning to relocate to Angeles, Pampanga before starting work (Required)
