Voor onze vestiging in Meise zoeken we een Internal Account Manager die klanten centraal zet en commerciële kansen weet om te zetten in duurzame groei. Jouw uitdaging Als Internal Account Manager ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten . Je bouwt sterke relaties op, begrijpt hun behoeften en vertaalt commerciële opportuniteiten naar concrete resultaten. Samen met Sales, Customer Service en Operations zorg je voor maximale klanttevredenheid.
Wat ga je doen?
- Onderhouden en versterken van klantrelaties
- Signaleren en ontwikkelen van commerciële kansen
- Adviseren van klanten en uitwerken van oplossingen
- Onderhandelen over prijzen en contracten
- Correcte opvolging van offertes en klantafspraken
- Samenwerken met interne teams om klantverwachtingen te overtreffen
Wie ben jij?
- Bachelor denkniveau
- 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële functie
- Sterke communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden
- Analytisch, klantgericht en resultaatgericht
- Affiniteit met een technische omgeving
- Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Teamspeler met een positieve en proactieve instelling
