Job Responsibilities
- Manage and review catalogues for marketing and outside services commodities.
- Perform sourcing across various categories, scope includes preparation of RFP documents, setting up of Ariba sourcing for bid submissions, consolidating proposal, management of presentation and feedback.
- Management of operational feedback from users on key sourcing projects.
- Troubleshoot invoicing issues in Ariba and liaise with Accounts Payable and Suppliers to resolve issues.
- Support the procurement team on contract monitoring and management activities.
Job Requirements Education & Certification
- Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student
- Internship should contribute to school graduation requirements.
Experience
- No experience required as training will be provided
Other Prerequisites
- Possess basic computer literacy.
- Ability to juggle both short-term daily tactical role and long-term strategic initiatives.
- Proactive, demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, and adapts effectively to fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate data, and document procedures.
- Approachable and responds appropriately to queries and feedback.
