What do we expect from you?
Within the Customer Service Department of the Maison, you will assist the Customer Service Manager and the 3 Project Managers in their daily tasks.
From content creation to gathering needs to analyzing user data, you will coordinate various improvements with the Customer Service teams from around the world (US, Asia, Europe, Japan, Middle East) with the support of the project manager.
You will enhance the customer experience through the improvement of digital solutions in collaboration with various internal teams (customer service, sales, digital) and external teams (digital agency).
You will be responsible for planning and facilitating meetings with internal teams, as well as the quarterly newsletter to promote the Customer Service team within the Maison. Finally, you will be in charge of promoting projects to the international Van Cleef & Arpels Customer Service community.
To facilitate your integration, we will offer you training on the history and values of the Maison at L’École des Arts Joailliers.
