About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and curious intern to support our APAC Operations team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operational performance monitoring, data analysis, reporting, and the practical use of AI tools in a regional logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support weekly monitoring of service level performance across APAC markets.
- Assist in consolidating operational data and preparing standard reporting slides and dashboards.
- Help prepare updates for weekly operational review meetings.
- Identify performance deviations and support follow-up activities with market representatives.
- Track action items and monitor progress against agreed recovery plans.
- Support the review and validation of operational data to identify inconsistencies and data quality issues.
- Assist with data analysis and reporting activities using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
- Contribute ideas for improving reporting processes and automating recurring tasks.
- Work with regional stakeholders to collect information and support operational improvement initiatives.
- Support ad-hoc projects and daily operational activities as required.
Qualifikationen
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Interest in data analysis, reporting, and emerging AI technologies.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment.
