Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate (ISA) / Cold Calling & Marketing Intern to support our team in lead generation, outbound sales, and marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in real estate sales, business development, and marketing while earning commission-based compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound cold calls to homeowners, buyers, and prospective clients.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the team’s real estate agents.
• Manage and update our CRM with lead details, call notes, and follow-ups.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Organize and optimize lead lists for targeted outreach.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including email campaigns and social media content.
• Track and analyze call and marketing performance to improve outreach strategies.
Who You Are:
• A confident communicator with a strong phone presence.
• Comfortable handling objections and building rapport over the phone.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Interested in real estate, sales, or marketing.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
