About This Role
This role involves creating and delivering interior design projects from concept to construction, collaborating with various stakeholders. It suits a creative designer with strong presentation and drawing skills, ideally with site experience, who can manage their workload to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in interior design, architecture or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in design and construction (office, retail, F&B & residential etc.) for Senior Interior Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / SketchUp / Photoshop / Enscape3D
- Creative design concept, strong presentation and drawing skills
- Ability to deliver full set of interior design drawings, from concept, details, tender document to construction documents and relevant materials
- Ability to partake in presentations and meetings to interpret design direction and requirements of projects
- Ability to manage time and workload to meet project task deadlines and commitments and assist design director to set out project goals and design directives
- Ability to closely coordinate with stakeholders, such as end users, internal team members, senior management, contractors, suppliers, vendors and sub-contractors to ensure the project is executed smoothly
- Open-minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a high level of aesthetic flair
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Hong Kong building regulations and ability to prepare interior drawings and tender sets
