About This Role

This role involves leading interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to project goals. The ideal candidate will develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts while mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage design projects, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations and project goals
• Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts, including space planning, layouts, and material selections
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth
• Prepare detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and presentations
• Integrate sustainable design practices and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Oversee project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and solutions effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and creativity
