About This Role
This night-shift post on the cardiac ward pairs patient care with mentoring new nurses. You will plan and run marketing campaigns that bring new customers to the company's online store.
Responsibilities
- Offer attentive monitoring

- Support patients during acute and intensive care situations
- Help manage complex patient needs in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments

- Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to ensure the highest level of patient care
- Offer holistic and patient-centered nursing care, focusing on the unique needs of individuals and their families with a positive and respectful approach that aligns with the hospital's values
- Emphasize support, clear education, and collaborative decision-making to foster a positive care experience
- Work closely with our team to deliver patient-focused services and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients while contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment
Requirements
- Current RN licensure to practice in California
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing with 1 year of acute care experience within the past 2 years OR 2 years of acute care experience within the past 3 years
- Satisfactory completion of a Pharmacology test (minimum 80%)
- BLS certification required and maintained
- ACLS certification required within 1 year of employment and maintained thereafter
- PALS certification required within 1 year of employment and maintained thereafter
- Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language
- Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with patients, families, and coworkers
- Ability to provide leadership aligned with hospital policies and goals
