About the role

Duties
Direct and/or lead operational planning teams and develop processes and products that ensure coherent and mutually supporting plans, policies, concepts, or other guidance to assist cross-branch and inter-departmental coordination.
Coordinate and manage the Marine Corps Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance Enterprise (MCISRE) Community of Practice (CoP) program as the CoP Coordinator; Manage the development and maintenance of CoP Strategies and support the advancement of CoP initiatives using the Idea to Enterprise process/tool.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Lead operational planning teams and develop processes and products that ensure coherent and mutually supporting plans, policies, concepts, and other guidance; 2) Coordinate and manage the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance Enterprise (ISRE) Community of Practice (CoP) program as the CoP Coordinator; 3) Manage the development/maintenance of CoP Strategies and support the advancement of CoP initiatives using the Idea to Enterprise process/tool.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer and part time experience. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
