A highly regarded law firm is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join its growing IP litigation practice across its Connecticut, New York, and Boston offices. The role will focus primarily on patent litigation matters, providing associates with the opportunity to work on sophisticated intellectual property disputes for innovative clients across a range of technology sectors.

Candidates should have prior experience at a leading law firm handling intellectual property litigation, with a particular emphasis on patent litigation. Experience managing complex litigation matters, conducting legal research, drafting motions and briefs, and working closely with clients and technical experts is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, sound legal judgment, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment are essential.

Applicants should possess outstanding academic credentials and a technical background. Degrees in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or a related technical discipline are preferred.
