Integrity and Ethics Specialist

About This Role

This Integrity and Ethics Specialist role is within a company subject to multiple anti-corruption legislations, actively participating in continuous improvement and technological development in the field. The professional will identify integrity risks, recommend effective mitigations, and enable company activities.

Responsibilities

• Draft and revise various Compliance-related documents, including policies, procedures, and presentations, in line with relevant Brazilian and foreign anti-corruption regulations, without needing technical review
• Collaborate on the implementation and monitoring of the Integrity Program's Pillars in all aspects
• Review communication and training materials for the Integrity area and participate in awareness actions
• Evaluate background check reports and counterparty questionnaires (KYC, KYI, KYP, KYS), verifying potential risks in sanction lists, media, lawsuits, and other public sources
• Interact with law firms during M&A due diligence (regarding Integrity)
• Monitor the analysis of Integrity area KPIs, recording relevant process developments and indicating points of attention and improvements
• Deliver training on Integrity-related topics to business partners, suppliers, and employees
• Monitor the onboarding process of self-producers and clients
• Review compliance clauses proposed by counterparties in contracts, agreements, shareholder agreements, and other legal documents
• Actively participate in meetings with other business areas to understand demands and provide guidance on potential Integrity risks
• Possess knowledge of Whistleblower Channel management and internal investigation procedures
• Participate in and support business areas in general
• Manage area flows and projects
• Technically lead matters that permeate the area

Requirements

• Knowledge of Compliance, Integrity, and Ethics
• Familiarity with major foreign anti-corruption laws such as FCPA, UKBA, and Loi Sapin II
• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering, especially in retail or high-risk markets
• Knowledge of Pro-Ethics and ISO 37001 and 37301 standards
