Position Summary - "Marketing GTM Coordination & Operations"

The Integrated Marketing Executive will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of New Balance Korea's integrated brand marketing plans and Go-To-Market (GTM) processes. This role will be responsible for supporting annual and seasonal marketing planning, coordinating GTM timelines and cross-functional alignment, managing key planning and budget processes, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives across the organization.

The position requires a highly organized and proactive marketer who can translate consumer insights, business priorities, and brand objectives into actionable marketing plans while effectively managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring operational excellence throughout the marketing planning and GTM lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Marketing Planning

  • Support the development and execution of annual and seasonal integrated marketing plans aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Coordinate marketing priorities across multiple functions to ensure consistency and alignment of brand initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain annual marketing calendars, campaign roadmaps, and activation plans.
  • Support the planning and execution of key brand campaigns, product launches, and consumer engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensure marketing plans are aligned with consumer insights, commercial priorities, and regional brand strategies.

Marketing Budget Management

  • Support the development, tracking, and management of annual marketing budgets.
  • Monitor budget utilization and ensure investments align with approved marketing plans and strategic priorities.
  • Prepare budget reports, forecasts, and spending updates for key stakeholders.
  • Partner with Finance and Marketing teams to support reforecasting and budget allocation decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve spending efficiency and maximize marketing investment effectiveness.

GTM Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate seasonal GTM planning processes to ensure alignment across Marketing, Merchandising, Commercial, Retail, and Regional teams.
  • Manage key GTM timelines, milestones, and planning deliverables.
  • Support launch readiness planning for key product and campaign activations.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, gaps, or dependencies that may impact execution.
  • Facilitate seasonal marketing orders by tracking key order windows and coordinating product requests across footwear and apparel seasonal products to ensure marketing needs are incorporated into the GTM process.

Consumer Insights & Market Intelligence

  • Support the development of local consumer insights and market intelligence.
  • Analyze consumer trends, market developments, competitive activities, and campaign performance.
  • Translate insights into recommendations that enhance planning and decision-making.
  • Share key findings and opportunities with internal stakeholders.

Marketing Operations & Planning

  • Support the development of local consumer insights and research, enabling cross-functional marketing teams to create campaigns that are locally relevant and meaningfully connected to consumers.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and planning tools to ensure visibility and accountability across teams.
  • Consolidate updates, action items, and key decisions from various marketing functions.
  • Coordinate marketing product orders to support campaigns, athlete and influencer seeding, events, and brand initiatives.
  • Support the planning and coordination of key ad hoc marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with budget tracking, reporting, and administrative processes as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Marketing, Commercial, Merchandising, Retail, Digital, and Regional teams to support integrated planning and execution.
  • Build strong working relationships across departments to facilitate efficient communication and decision-making.
  • Partner with Regional Marketing teams to ensure local plans are aligned with regional and global strategies while reflecting local market needs.
  • Facilitate alignment among stakeholders to ensure marketing priorities, timelines, and deliverables are clearly communicated and executed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, project coordination, marketing operations, or related functions.
  • Experience in consumer brands, retail, fashion, sporting goods, or lifestyle industries preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
  • Professional proficiency in both Korean and English, both written and spoken.

  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and effectively prioritize workload.
