About the role
职位职责：

承担日常银保业务的一对多培训、一对一辅导、一对多沙龙、一对一陪谈等工作，自主研发产品类、营销逻辑类、营销技战术类等保障险配置相关系列课程，通过有效辅导内部一线队伍及行端各级理财经理，并形成良好口碑。

独立开发专业研究课件，包括但不限于知识专题、时事热点解读、客户图像、经营流程、工具使用及话术运用等，并积极推广应用专业研究成果。

构建一线队伍的专业学习机制，提升团队体系化的专业能力。定期组织一线团队进行市场研究、产品解析、技能演练和客户深度经营等方面的学习和培训。
职位要求：

国内外大学经济、金融、保险等相关专业全日制本科及以上学历。

具备3年（含）以上金融行业从业经验，了解银行、证券、基金、保险等投资理财知识和产品，熟悉银行各类理财产品和投资品种，擅长投资理财、市场研究和资产配置。

具备较强的逻辑思维能力和研究分析能力，有良好的组织协调、沟通理解、语言表达和文字运用能力。
