Requirements
New Jersey Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
A genuine desire to help people and build lasting relationships.
Comfortable with technology and learning new systems.
A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
Explain policy details, benefits, and pricing clearly and effectively.
Process new insurance applications and endorsements accurately.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
