About the role

Job Description

  • The primary purpose of this position is to complete life insurance medical and financial interviews via telephone outbound calls for multiple client companies.
  • Place outbound calls to contact life insurance applicants.
  • Complete interview with applicant or leave a message for a return call
  • Gather medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories during interview.
  • Review and edit information collection during the interview for quality assurance purposes.
  • Use the C4 call management system, Dialer, and Avaya Phone System to make telephone calls. log call attempts, document information with orders as necessary and record call results.
  • Learn the specific requirements stipulated by each client company.
  • Respond to the needs and request of clients, staff and management in a professional and expedited manner.
  • Observe all compliance policies and safety policies and procedures as outlines in the Safety Manual or safety matters included in other special trainings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet the business needs or customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual Candidates are Required
  • Candidates must have a medical terminology background.
  • Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Teams, and comfortable navigating technology.
  • Shift/Time Zone: 10 am - 7 pm central time Monday - Friday, Saturday 8 am - 4:30 pm central time
  • Training will occur on same 10-7 schedule. Rotating Saturday shift, 1 Saturday every 4 weeks beginning approximately 30 days after completion of training
  • The candidate must have the ability to connect their computer tower to their modem via an ethernet connection (we cannot use wifi)
  • The candidate must have internet speed of at least 100 mbps
  • The candidate must be able to read scripting verbatim
  • The ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm
  • The candidate must have excellent communication skills
  • The candidate must be detail oriented and able to document information accurately

401(k) Plan: The Synectics Inc. Investment Savings Retirement Plan. Synectics offers all employees who are 21 years of age or older the opportunity to invest in the 401(k) Plan on the first of the month following at least 1 calendar year after employment begins.
