岗位职责
- 针对车险即将到期的车主，进行下一年度的车险续保工作，所有车主客源均由公司提供。我们只需要和车主进行电话洽谈沟通续费，不需要开发客户和跑业务。
- 纯办公室工作，办公室环境优美冬暖夏凉，不需要出差，跑业务、无任务等。
- 公司提供带薪培训，没有工作经验也可迅速入门。
任职资格
- 性格活泼开朗，20-40周岁，会基本电脑操作。
- 喜欢与人交谈，有亲和力。
- 工作仔细认真、责任心强、为人正直。
工作时间：
上午：8：30—12：00
下午：14：00—18：30
岗位福利：
周末双休，转正10天自由休年假。国家法定节假日，每年带薪年假等所有假期均正常享受放假；（国家法定休息日包含：春节、三八妇节、清明、五一、端午、中秋、国庆，元旦均正常放假）
- 薪资待遇：无责底薪+绩效+职级；每月准时发工资，从不拖欠，提成率3.4%--20%折算人民币100--700提成，平均薪资5k-2W（上不封顶）。
- 社保五险、部门聚餐、春节福利、奖励红包、春节红包、中秋节福利、端午节福利、情人节福利、圣诞节福利、三八妇节福利、员工生日会等。
- 活动：每个月公司的旅游部门团建。
