Insurance Producer, Business Insurance

About This Role

This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive prospecting plan to convert business insurance prospects into clients. It suits a professional who can leverage networking and strategic relationships to drive revenue growth and serve as a primary relationship steward for clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive prospecting plan, including targets and methodology for developing prospects into clients specifically related to Business Insurance
• Network centers of influence in order to develop new opportunities
• Deliver MMA’s value proposition for each opportunity and align the Agency’s resources and capabilities
• Leverage referral and targeted introductions from clients, prospects and business relationships
• Drive revenue growth
• Steward primary client relationships
• Lead strategy
• Solve complex problems

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current and Active 2-20 Florida insurance license
• Prior B2B sales experience with consultative sales skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel
• Proficiency with Agency Management Systems
