About the role
Our client is seeking a Spanish-speaking Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join their Insurance Defense practice to handle insurance coverage and litigation matters.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of insurance coverage and litigation matters.
- Communicate with clients, evaluate cases, and conduct written discovery.
- Handle motion practice, depositions of witnesses and experts, and court hearings.
- Represent clients in mediations and assist with trial preparation.
- Prepare for and participate in trials while conducting efficient electronic legal research.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of litigation experience.
- Active Texas State Bar license required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to conduct efficient electronic legal research.
- Spanish-speaking attorneys are strongly encouraged to apply.
