👨🏻 💼 Your Role: Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith Litigation Attorney
• Handle a mix of insurance coverage advisory work and bad faith defence litigation
• Draft coverage opinions across a variety of insurance lines (CGL, property, professional liability, etc.)
• Manage coverage disputes and bad faith litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Work closely with insurer clients, providing strategic legal advice and risk analysis
• Engage in all stages of litigation, including:
Investigation and claims analysis
Motion practice and legal drafting
Client communication and case strategy
• Collaborate with partners and broader teams while building independent case ownership
💰 Salary & Benefits:
• Competitive salary $135,000 – $200,000 + performance bonus

✅ Must-Haves:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
• Active California Bar admission (in good standing)
• 2+ years’ experience in insurance coverage and/or bad faith litigation
• Experience drafting coverage opinions and advising insurers
