About This Role
As an Insurance Consultant at R+V Versicherung, you will advise employees of the Cooperative Financial Group on suitable insurance and protection solutions. You will work remotely from your home office across Germany, with occasional travel for meetings. Responsibilities
- Advise employees and their families remotely via phone and video on personal and property insurance, developing suitable insurance solutions for their individual life and financial situations.
- Identify opportunities within the existing customer base and acquire new clients, passing sales impulses to the relevant contacts at R+V and our partner bank.
- Ensure high-quality digital consultations by adhering to R+V's quality standards in every conversation, utilizing modern consulting and sales systems to conduct customer appointments efficiently and personally.
- Involve R+V specialists as needed to best support clients, deriving concrete next steps from customer meetings and ensuring reliable follow-up.
Requirements
- Training in insurance, e.g., as an insurance specialist or insurance salesman, or a comparable qualification.
- Initial experience in the sales of personal and property insurance.
- Strong customer orientation and sensitivity to individual needs.
- Proficient use of digital consulting and sales systems.
- Initiative and enjoyment in actively developing customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for selected meetings.
