Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an Insurance Agent based in Greater Cleveland. The Insurance Agent will focus on selling and servicing a variety of insurance products, assisting customers in identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, explaining policy details, processing policy applications and updates, and assisting with claims. The individual will also ensure compliance with insurance regulations while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage.
- Foundational knowledge in Finance and experience handling financial data or transactions.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and build positive client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
- Relevant certifications or licensing for selling insurance products is required.
- Proficiency in using technology for data entry, customer management systems, and communication.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
