Insurance Agent

About This Role

This in-office position involves building and maintaining client relationships, assessing client needs, and reviewing client policies to ensure optimal coverage. The role suits a motivated and service-oriented individual, with previous insurance agency experience preferred, but the company will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Review and update client policies as needed
• Maintain accurate client records using the client management system
• Assist clients with claims, endorsements and payment of premiums

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to sit, stand and be on the phone and computer for extended periods of time
• Proficiency in computer applications (CMS software, Microsoft Office Suite)
• Maine P

Nice to have:

• C license or insurance industry experience
