Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify new clients and expand insurance coverage options
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized communication and exceptional service
- Present and explain various insurance products, including health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance policies
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums to meet client needs while maintaining company guidelines
- Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools for tracking leads, quotes, and client information
- Stay informed about insurance regulation changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance
- Assist clients with benefits administration, claims processes, and policy renewals to enhance their experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on customer engagement
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of insurance products such as health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance is highly desirable
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and sales administration processes
- Analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
