Insurance Agent

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify customers' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement
• Review policies and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist clients with policy changes, claims questions, and coverage reviews
• Educate clients on insurance products and risk management solutions

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty and/or Life Insurance License
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience preferred, but motivated professionals are encouraged to apply
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
