Responsibilities
- Actively pursue new client opportunities through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their unique insurance needs and providing personalized guidance
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ insurance portfolios to recommend suitable health, life, property, casualty, and commercial insurance products
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums effectively to ensure client satisfaction while meeting company standards
- Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details
- Stay informed about insurance regulations, industry trends, and product updates to provide accurate advice
- Assist clients with benefits administration, claims processes, and ongoing policy reviews to enhance customer service experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in bilingual or multilingual settings preferred
- Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance products is highly desirable
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and sales administration processes is essential
- Demonstrated analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Understanding of insurance regulation compliance and benefits administration practices
