Responsibilities

• Partner with local employers to identify needs and recommend Aflac benefit solutions
• Develop new business through company-provided leads, networking, and referrals
• Conduct engaging presentations and benefit enrollments in-person and virtually
• Deliver exceptional service and claims support to new and existing policyholders
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and mentorship opportunities

Requirements

• Confident, self-motivated approach and a strong work ethic
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
