Insurance Administrator
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year
Location: Remote
Preferred Locations: Indianapolis, IN; High Point, NC; Houston, TX; Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Austin, TX
We are hiring an Insurance Administrator to manage commercial insurance administration with a strong focus on OCIP and CCIP programs .
This position will manage wrap-up insurance requirements from project enrollment through closeout while supporting COIs, policy renewals, insurance audits, and new customer and jobsite setup.
Responsibilities
- Manage OCIP/CCIP enrollment, reporting, renewals, and closeouts.
- Prepare monthly payroll and exposure reports.
- Track project insurance requirements and compliance deadlines.
- Manage Certificates of Insurance and required endorsements.
- Coordinate with insurance brokers, carriers, customers, and wrap-up administrators.
- Maintain accurate insurance and project documentation.
- Assist with annual policy renewals and insurance audits.
- Coordinate insurance setup for new customers, projects, and jobsites.
- Partner with Payroll, Accounting, Operations, Safety, and Legal teams.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of insurance administration, risk management, construction administration, staffing operations, or related experience.
- OCIP and/or CCIP administration experience preferred.
- Experience with COIs and commercial insurance documentation.
- Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation and General Liability.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience working with payroll, workforce, or exposure data.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Construction, staffing, skilled trades, or industrial experience is preferred.
