About the role
Responsibilities:

Instrumentation Engineering Design
· Prepare and review instrumentation engineering deliverables for PDP, BE, FEED, and Detailed Engineering projects.
· Develop instrumentation design basis, philosophies, and specifications.

Process Control and System Engineering
· Support development of control philosophies and control narratives.
· Coordinate interface requirements between field instrumentation and control systems such as DCS, PLC, SIS, ESD, and Fire & Gas Systems.

Project Development Support
· Support engineering activities during PDP, Basic Engineering, FEED, and Detailed Engineering phases.
· Participate in design reviews, HAZOP studies, constructability reviews, and client meetings.

Cost Estimation Support
· Prepare Instrument Material Take-Offs (MTOs).
· Support development of estimating quantities and engineering cost data.
· Assist in preparing project cost estimates following AACE classification methodologies.
· Support technical evaluations and value engineering initiatives.

Procurement Engineering Support
· Prepare technical requisitions and purchasing documentation.
· Support technical bid evaluations and vendor assessments.
· Review vendor drawings, datasheets, calculations, and technical documentation.
· Coordinate incorporation of approved vendor information into project deliverables.
· Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and inspections when required.

Construction and Commissioning Support
· Provide engineering support during construction and installation activities.
· Review technical queries, field modifications, and engineering changes.
· Support construction troubleshooting and field issue resolution.
· Assist in preparation of as-built documentation.
