Instructing children with disabilities, from elementary school to high school, is the core of this job at "Colorful House" after-school day service. The role involves providing therapeutic guidance and support based on individual assistance plans.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic guidance to children with disabilities, from elementary school to the third year of high school
- Provide support to children based on their assistance plans and complete necessary records
- Drive or co-ride in a minivan for pick-up and drop-off services
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Either a Nursery Teacher license, Elementary School Teacher license (Specialized, Class 1, or Class 2), Junior High School Teacher license (Specialized, Class 1, or Class 2), or Child Welfare Worker appointment qualification
- Ordinary driver's license (AT limited allowed) is a plus

Important Details
- Schedule: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
- Average monthly overtime: 10 hours
- Break time: 60 minutes
- Annual holidays: 108 days
- Days off: Sundays and one weekday per week (based on shift)
- Paid annual leave after 6 months: 10 days
- Probation period: 3 months, with same working conditions
- Locations: "Colorful House" Marumachi (36-17 Mukojima Marumachi, Fushimi-ku)
